For golfers, the Sevierville Golf Club is rated one of the best courses in Tennessee, and you're less than half an hour away from several other courses that present the well known challenge of Smoky Mountains topography as well as great scenic beauty.

Kodak is just north of Sevierville and is the home of the Tennessee Smokies baseball stadium, while for shopping the Sevierville Tanger outlet mall offers some great choices for shopping. Adjacent to Tanger is the RainForest Adventures Discovery Zoo, one of the finest small zoos in the nation, with a wide array of exotic animals. And while you have the kids excited, take them to the Tennessee Museum of Aviation in Sevierville where they can learn some history and get hands-on with a fighter plane. And to relax a little or grab some lunch, try the wineries in this area.

Head over to Townsend to the west or down towards the Cosby area in the east - places that see less traffic but offer spectacular scenic and natural delights. And don't miss the Foothills Parkway, which offers one of the best panoramas of the Smoky Mountains on a smooth highway.
